Let's Go Swimin › We offer private swimming lessons and personal aquatic fitness training. Beginners learn basic stroke technique. Intermediates learn all 6 strokes. We train triathlon swimmers, fitness swimmers, competitive and synchronized swimmers. We also provide personal training in aquatic exercise and arthritis exercise programs. Our programs are taught by our experienced, trained, and certified aquatic fitness trainers. Lessons are conducted at local Hudson, Stow and Kent pools. We have been in business sense 2002 and we look forward to helping you reach your aquatic goals. Ages 4 and up are welcome. Come and see what the water can do for you.
