This price is discounted $5 if investors provide us the appropriate documents at time of signing the contract (proof of adequate insurance, statement of good standing with mortgage holder, agreeing to have us named as a insured party, etc).

For real estate investors seeking bookkeeping services, we offer a basic fee of $5 a house (also a software license fee that increases for the number of units under management (the fee starts at $60 a month).
