IF A POLICE OFFICER IS PRESENT, GET THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FROM HIM OR HER:
Name and badge number; Phone number; and Police report number.

DOCUMENT THE MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT, INCLUDING:
Damage to your vehicle; The accident scene; and People involved in the accident.

BEHAVIOR
Don't panic; Don't admit fault; Cooperate with police; and Remain calm and polite.
