Visualization is very important because it makes the future become more clear. Visualizing yourself already achieving a goal that you might have makes your brain believe it is possible. As well as if you have already achieved the goal in your mind you will believe it is obtainable. Focusing on something constantly will allow you to obtain this something sooner than if you donand#226;and#128;and#153;t focus on it at all. Focus brings thing closer to you. If you donand#226;and#128;and#153;t think you can visualize, take a picture and look at it closely then close your eyes and tell me what you see. If you see something than your visualizing. If this doesnand#226;and#128;and#153;t work or you want to improve our visualization skills take that same picture and close your eyes open your eyes close your eyes, do this as many times as possible, soon you wonand#226;and#128;and#153;t know if your eyes are open or closed and you will be visualizing better than before. Practice this technique often, you can use any thing peoples faces, pictures, buttons, have fun with it.
and#226;and#128;and#162; When visualizing it is important to view in 1st person you seeing you achieve this goal through your own eyes (this method is a much more powerful method, because this is how you see everything already)
and#226;and#128;and#162; Next is to view your goal from a 3rd person perspective, seeing you achieve the goal as if you where watching a movie. Not as powerful as 1st person
and#226;and#128;and#162; Must make visualization fun, the more real your image is the better this works, make the image not just a picture, but a full-length movie staring you and play it over and over seeing you the hero, reach the goal, play background music, pump it up make it real, and a lot of fun. This is how you want your goal, the more drim and dreary it is the less likely it is that you achieve it unless you want to achieve a drim and dreary goal.
and#226;and#128;and#162; When you close your eyes you make pictures of your goal, find out where this picture is located, bottom right upper left. Your goal is located as a picture somewhere in your mental image frame.
and#226;and#128;and#162; Know find a goal that was really important to you and find out were this goal is located in in your mental image frame.
and#226;and#128;and#162; When you find each of your goals the one you want to achieve and the one you have achieved. Note every little detail about these goals and where there located, what colors do they have, it is a big bright clear image, or is it a small blurry distant image. How do these images feel to you does one make you feel happy, excited, thrilled. Does the other one make you feel depressed, lonely, ect.
and#226;and#128;and#162; Once you have noted down every detail about the two images. I want you to take the goal that you have not yet achieved and give it the same qualities as the goal you have achieved, so make it bigger brighter in the same location as the image of the goal you have achieved and make it feel the same way, you need to insert every detail. This is making it just like a goal that you achieved making it easier and giving you the feeling that you have already achieved this.
and#226;and#128;and#162; Allow yourself to act out these goals in action moves as if you were doing them. So with your eyes close you can in vision yourself buying your first home, walk through every detail. First you get on the phone and talk to a realtor and you shake his hand (yes really shake a hand, with your hands close) greet the realtor and explain what you want your house to look like and take him/her to the house you want to buy (yes really walk in place and explain out load and use gestures, yes I know this is fun silly and you feel like a kid, but this is a great technique not to mention it is a great stress reliever), go through all the motions and experiences just as if really happen. Experience your emotion and have fun with this technique.
and#226;and#128;and#162; You should allow yourself 10-30 minutes every day or every other day, rest allow yourself to come down from everything else that is going on, then go to a quiet uninterrupted area to perform these techniques. Remember the more you focus on these goals the sooner you will achieve them.
